About Vayavya Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Vayavya Labs was founded in 2006 in Belagavi, India with the objective of developing software solutions for the hardware-software interface. Since then Vayavya Labs has grown, developing software expertise in Automotive, EDA, Semiconductors, and Networking while acquiring numerous patents covering EDA/ESL, Embedded SW and SW Automation domains. Mahesh Foundation is proud to associate with Vayavya Labs who supported us in various initiatives.

Our Challenge

Mahesh Foundation's Utkarsha Learning Center was started with the aim to bring HIV-positive and Underprivileged children to mainstream society and make them literate. The school has been providing free skill-based education to these children. All the children in the school are first-generation learners and do not have access to the latest technology in their homes. Technology would help them to explore and learn as well as visual stimuli would enhance their learning. So, we were in need of a Smart and interactive Board.

As we aim at providing digital education Vayavya Labs Pvt. Ltd. has come forward to support Mahesh Foundation in procuring a Smart and interactive Board. This encompasses the children's play, participation, socializing, searching and learning through digital technologies. Help them compete in the growing digital world. The school intends to support first-generation learners through smart classrooms with smart boards, visualizers, etc. Vayavya Labs Pvt. Ltd. supported our mission of digital education.

Construction of New Classroom

Our Challenge

Children from marginalized communities face a lack of support and essential facilities both at home and in school. To address this issue and offer free skill-based education, we have established the Utkarsha Learning Center. Presently, our school operates up to the 8th standard, and our goal is to expand it to the 10th standard. Due to space constraints, we plan to construct a new building as an extension of our current school to accommodate the expansion.

Vayavya Labs Private Limited has generously stepped forward to aid us in building a new classroom. Through its CSR initiative, Vayavya Labs has partnered with the Mahesh Foundation to fund the construction of this additional classroom. The expanded facility is poised to benefit over 500 children, offering them access to quality education. This initiative not only supports the immediate educational needs of these children but also contributes to enabling hundreds of underprivileged youth to pursue higher education opportunities.
