Our Challenge
There are many slums in Belagavi where they lack privileges and especially in the case of children, they don’t get enough support from their parents to get education. To bring these children to mainstream society and make them literate, we have started Utkarsha Learning Center in 2018. The number of children has raised significantly over the years. More than 1000 children are getting education at Utkarsha. Currently, we have two school buses and the increasing number of children leads to lack of space.
With the support of UTIITSL, we added new school bus to our fleet, greatly enhancing our transportation capacity. This ensures more children can attend school regularly and punctually. By offering reliable and timely transportation, students arrive on time, reducing absenteeism and the likelihood of dropping out due to transportation challenges. As a result, more children are able to fully participate in their education without the worry of missing school.
